The key responsibilities the Sales / Marketing Head include:  

1. Overall management of the Sponsorship and Exhibition sales/marketing team.
2. Development of sales/marketing strategy with an emphasis on growth.
3. Overriding responsibility for all sponsorship and exhibition sales/marketing.
4. Development of quality practice contact management systems and sales/marketing processes.
5. Responsible for the re-booking strategy at key exhibitions.
6. New lead and innovation development.
7. Relationship management with key accounts.
8. Development, mentoring and training of the sales/marketing team.
9. Setting up weekly, monthly, yearly forecasts and targets for the sales/marketing team.
10. Weekly sales reports and logging new initiatives.
11. Best practice in sales/marketing management and delivery.
12. International travel required to key trade shows.
