The President presides at and provides agenda for the executive board as well as general membership meetings.  The president supervises that the other officers and committee chairs perform their duties properly, and also enforces observance of the constitution of the organization. The president can sign all documents drawn up by the secretary and all other official documents of the organization. In addition, the president is responsible for approving the accountancy of the treasurer.
