The duty of the Vice President is to assume all the duties of the President in the absence of the President.   The vice president is a voting member of all special committees and can coordinate all committees in the organization.  The vice president can also co-chair any horse show or event planned by the organization.  The vice president is also responsible for any revisions of the constitution of the hospitality organization when necessary.  In addition, the vice president is responsible for fulfilling the duties as stated in the organizational vice president notebook.
